Using the site
You may browse and use the free resources for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don’t redistribute, resell, or mirror the content without permission.
Coaching bookings
Payment is taken at booking. Single lessons are pay-as-you-go. The 10-Lesson Program bundles 10 sessions + 2 AI-analysis gradings + full library access while the program is active. The 4-Week Intensive adds 4 Isabel task gradings, 5 AI-analysis gradings, 1 full mock, and a pre-exam check-in call. Homework Isabel sets during lessons is marked inline as part of the lesson plan — not a separate paid review. No calendar expiry — prepaid lessons and reviews stay on your account until you use them.
Cancellations
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before they start. Later than that uses one prepaid lesson. Prepaid lessons and reviews do not expire on a calendar; they remain available until used. Statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply and are not limited by anything on this page.
Mock grading
Submissions are graded within 48 hours (business days). Grading is indicative and doesn’t substitute for an official IELTS score.
No outcome guarantee
We can’t guarantee you’ll achieve any specific band on the official IELTS exam. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
