What we collect
Your name, email, phone (optional), and anything you send us via our forms or chat. For students, we also store the submitted writing/speaking tasks and our feedback on them.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiries, deliver teaching and grading, and keep records of your progress. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
How it’s stored
Form submissions and student records are held in Supabase (Australian region) and Resend (for transactional email). All data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS.
Your rights
You can request a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@englishwithisabel.com.
