How it works
No. Lessons, Isabel reviews and mock exams stay available until you use them — weeks or months, up to you. There's no calendar timer and no monthly billing.
Cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before the lesson — the prepaid lesson returns to your balance. Inside 24 hours the lesson is forfeited (the slot is Isabel's time). Message Isabel directly if the timing genuinely doesn't work.
48 hours on business days. A submission that lands Friday afternoon returns Tuesday morning. Intensive-program students get priority 24-hour turnaround.
Upfront by card, processed by Stripe. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), with GST itemised on the invoice where applicable.
